Day 19 - Horses

These are two of the horses in a carousel set that has six horses and a center "organ". When it's turned on, the horses spin, the lights blink and the organ plays music. The shutter was left open for about 2" to get the movement of the horses.

    What a very pretty photo with all those lovely colours. Not sure I like the movement of the horses but I do like the colours.

    lovely colours and a great idea. I wonder if you could set 2nd curtain flash sync to get a bit of definition into the horses to go with the movement? It'd probably just ruin the rest of the picture though I guess.

    I love motion blur! One of my favorite things to shoot, I like how the little Holiday Carnival sign is in focus and how it is lit.

    The colours are great and I love the movement of the horses, but I think that a little bit of flash during the exposure would make the horses stop a bit and get some definition. The picture is not immediately obviously about horses. Lovely mood overall though. Well done.
