You guys are the greatest - so encouraging! I really appreciate the feedback. I hate not having time to comment... but I'll catch up this weekend.
This is Tindra. She's our Siamese cat. Well, technically I guess she's still a kitten. She turns two this summer. Grottzork named her! Her name means "twinkle" in Swedish. :)

The picture quality is fantastic. The brightness in the eyes is perfect and the reflexes are under control. Perhaps this dark object in the foreground (a pillow? I don't know...) could have been taken. But nothing that would spoil the picture. The job is magnificent! Congrats!
ReplyDeleteWhat a gorgeous portrait of your cat! It's a very beautiful creature!
ReplyDeleteVERY pretty! I love the colors and the background. I'd like to stick out my hand and cuddle her :)
ReplyDeleteShe is beautiful, just like her owner! :D
ReplyDeleteThis is a stunning photo!

What a beautiful cat and portrait of her. One to be proud of.
ReplyDeleteThis is one prrrrrrrrrrrfect pussycat portrait.
ReplyDeleteHer eyes are such a clear blue, I bet she "talks" quite loudly to you too.
Extraordinary!
Oh, she IS pretty! Lovely cat, lovely eyes, and a great personality shining through! Awesome portrait! We have a Birman with lovely eyes like that. Kinda like yours, but with long hair. Tindra is lovely!
ReplyDeleteShe is so pretty with gorgeous eyes like her owner.....your DOF on this is really nice!
ReplyDeleteWhat a perrfect shot but I ht to ask did you play with her eyes in ps???
ReplyDeleteThanks all - and yes, I do play with all my images somewhat in photoshop. I'm still learning how to take good photos but they always seem to need *some* post processing.
ReplyDeleteThe eyes aren't really messed with all that much. I did brighten them up a bit with a curves adjustment layer, but the color is true. :)
